1. Personal Information We Collect and How
The Clinic collects the following personal information to provide membership, consultation and reservation services.
a. When you sign in with a social account
When you log in with a Kakao, Naver or Google account, the Clinic receives the following information from that provider, limited to the scope you consent to on each provider’s consent screen.

- Access IP address, browser/device information, cookies, service usage records, date and time of visit
※ Medical records (charts, test results, etc.) created for treatment are collected and retained separately under the Medical Service Act, to which medical laws apply with priority.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
- Member identification and verification, and provision of membership services
- Receiving consultations/reservations, providing results and responding to inquiries
- Notice of events and benefits (only where you have consented)
- Service improvement, prevention of misuse, and statistical analysis
3. Retention and Use Period
The Clinic destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection has been achieved. Where retention is required by law, the information is kept for the relevant period.
- Member information: until membership withdrawal (locally stored login data and member data are destroyed upon withdrawal)
- Consultation/reservation records: 3 years after completion

4. Provision to Third Parties
The Clinic does not provide personal information to third parties beyond the scope stated in this policy, except in the following cases:
- Where the data subject has given prior consent
- Where required by law, or where an investigative agency requests it in accordance with lawful procedures
5. Outsourcing of Processing
Where necessary for smooth service provision, the Clinic may outsource personal information processing. In such cases, the trustee and the scope of work are disclosed in this policy, and the Clinic supervises the trustee in accordance with applicable laws.
- Where any outsourcing exists, the trustee’s name and the outsourced work are stated in this section.
6. Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Request to access, correct, delete or suspend processing of your personal information
- Withdraw consent (including disconnecting social login and logging out)
You may exercise these rights by phone (+82-2-593-9995) or by writing/email to the privacy officer, and the Clinic will act without delay. You can immediately delete login data stored in your browser using “Logout” at the top right of the site.
7. Destruction Procedure and Method
- Procedure: Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose purpose has been achieved is destroyed without delay under internal policy.
- Method: Electronic files are permanently deleted using irrecoverable means; printed materials are shredded or incinerated.
8. Security Measures
- Administrative: establishment and implementation of an internal management plan, minimization and training of handling staff
- Technical: access-rights management, encryption of transmission (HTTPS), retention of access logs
- Physical: access control to storage areas
9. Cookies
The Clinic may use cookies for user convenience and service improvement. You may refuse cookie storage through your browser settings, in which case some services may be limited. Social login status is stored in your browser’s local storage and is deleted upon logout.
10. Privacy Officer
The Clinic designates a privacy officer to oversee personal information processing and to handle data subjects’ inquiries and complaints.

12. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be amended in line with changes to laws, policies or services. Any changes will be announced through the website notice (or this page) at least 7 days before they take effect.
This policy is effective as of June 1, 2026. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
