Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Clinic and members in using the online consultation/reservation and membership services (the “Service”) provided through the Clinic’s website.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- Member: a person who agrees to these terms and registers as a member through social account (Kakao/Naver/Google) authentication.
- Social login: a method of verifying identity and logging in using an external authentication provider’s account.
- Service: all services provided by the Clinic through the website, including consultation requests, reservations and event information.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These terms take effect upon being posted on the Service screen.
- The Clinic may amend these terms within the scope permitted by law, and will announce the effective date and reason at least 7 days in advance.
- If a member does not agree to the amended terms, they may request withdrawal; continued use of the Service after the announcement is deemed acceptance.
Article 4 (Membership Registration)
- Membership is established when a user agrees to the terms and completes social account authentication.
- The Clinic identifies members using minimal information (name, email, profile) received from the authentication provider.
- Use of the Service may be restricted if a member misappropriates another’s information or provides false information.
Article 5 (Management of Member Information)
Members must manage their account and information with the care of a good manager and must not allow third parties to use them. Any suspected theft or leak must be reported to the Clinic immediately.
Article 6 (Provision and Change of Service)
- The Clinic provides members with online consultation/reservation, result notifications, event information and the like.
- The Clinic may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice for material changes.
- The Service is intended for reservation/consultation convenience and does not replace medical diagnosis or prescription.
Article 7 (Member Obligations)
- Members must comply with applicable laws, these terms and the Clinic’s notices.
- Members must not infringe the rights or reputation of others or interfere with operations.
- Members must not make false reservations/consultation requests or otherwise disrupt normal operation of the Service.
Article 8 (Clinic Obligations)
The Clinic strives to provide the Service stably in accordance with applicable laws and these terms, and protects members’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 9 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)
- Members may withdraw at any time via “Logout” on the site or by request to the Clinic; upon withdrawal, member information stored in the browser is deleted.
- If a member violates these terms or applicable laws, the Clinic may restrict or suspend membership after prior notice.
Article 10 (Management of Postings)
The rights and responsibilities for postings such as consultation content written by a member belong to the author. The Clinic may delete or move postings that violate laws or infringe others’ rights, without prior notice.
Article 11 (Protection of Personal Data)
The Clinic protects members’ personal data in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy. Details on the collection, use and storage of personal data follow the Privacy Policy.
Article 12 (Liability and Dispute Resolution)
- The Clinic is not liable for failures of the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, the member’s fault, or failures of external authentication providers.
- These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to the Service follow applicable laws and commercial practice.
These terms are effective as of June 1, 2026. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
